Bread is more than a food staple, its shape changes in every culture, it is the a favorite companion to most meals and it happens to be one of the most comforting food you can eat when you are really hungry. That's probably why in Mexico one of our favorite sayings is "a quien le dan pan que llore" which translates to: who cries when given bread to or something like that, and it's used when we receive something unexpected but appreciated.

This print is pulled from a linoleum plate and it is printed on acid free Stonehenge paper.

I carved and printed the plate at my studio in Grand Rapids Michigan.

The print comes from an edition of 50 and it is numbered and signed with pencil.

This print is absolutely gorgeous! It was shipped in a thick cardboard tube so that it would be safe during transit. The item arrived faster than expected, which was a nice surprise. I love the picture!
